Technosoftware AG offers the following types of Product Support Services: Standard SupportUnlike many of our competitors, our standard support services are free. No need to pay extra to receive the support you require to get up to speed with our products, easily and without hassles. With all product purchases 3 months Standard Support are included.
Support SubscriptionThe Support Subscription is available to our customers on an annual subscription basis providing 12 month periods of priority email/HelpDesk support and free major and minor product updates. By purchasing this service, customers can expect their support questions to rise to the top of the support queue, commonly resulting in a 24 hour (or shorter) response time. In addition, subscribers can expect free upgrades to not just the minor updates (2.01, 2.20, etc.), but also any major upgrades (2.x to 3.0, etc.) to their product offered during their subscription period.
