License Model

Technosoftware licenses on a simple per-developer basis and charges no royalties, runtimes, or server deployment fees unless otherwise stated. A license is needed for each developer who will be working with our products, and volume discounts are available. Standard Support

Unlike many of our competitors, our standard support services are free. No need to pay extra to receive the support you require to get up to speed with our products, easily and without hassles. With all product purchases 3 months Standard Support are included.

Major Upgrades: 35% discount to product price

Support Subscription

The Support Subscription is available to our customers on an annual subscription basis providing 12 month periods of priority email/HelpDesk support and free major and minor product updates. By purchasing this service, customers can expect their support questions to rise to the top of the support queue, commonly resulting in a 24 hour (or shorter) response time. In addition, subscribers can expect free upgrades to not just the minor updates (2.01, 2.20, etc.), but also any major upgrades (2.x to 3.0, etc.) to their product offered during their subscription period.
