The OPC Client Developer Studio .NET provides a complete .NET VB/C# and Delphi application framework which includes methods and tools for fast and easy development of OPC Data Access, OPC Alarms&Events, Historical Data Access, OPC Complex Data and OPC XML-DA clients.

OPC Clients can be developed fast and easily without the need to spend a lot of time learning how to implement OPC Data Access, OPC Alarms&Events or OPC Historical Data Access. Most of the OPC and (D)COM handling is already done by the client framework.

The Client Developer Studio .NET also provides classes for the OPC XML-DA specification using the same structure as for the (D)COM based specifications.

The client API is easy to use and often used functions, e.g. Status Polling, can be delegated to the framework. Even the complex asynchronous subscriptions can be done easily.
